We’re now able to provide franchisees with intensive training programs and meticulous operations manuals to make certain that our success can be replicated and every Fóumami maintains the highest standards.
Site Selection and Build Out
Fóumami will provide sample architectural drawings, specifications, and a sample construction plan that includes standards for layout and décor, signage requirements, and a list of the required equipment.
During the development of the franchises location, Fóumami’s field staff will provide an on-site visit to review potential venues and will visit during construction to help gauge and support progress.
Training and Operations
Our comprehensive franchisee training program will provide you with all the necessary tools to open and operate your Fóumami restaurant.
The program lasts up to three weeks and involves webinars,, in-classroom training and on-the-job training.
Our “Train-The-Trainer” program specifically instructs franchisees about training their own employees.
Franchisees are required to gain food safety training and certification from third-party provided training such as ServSafe.
Far beyond training about the recipes, procedures, and systems of the Fóumami kitchen and food offerings, franchisees will receive extensive guidance on managing every aspect of the business.
Our marketing and public relations team will assist franchisees with creating cohesive and effective messaging and campaigns.
These campaigns, coupled with our insights into building a robust social media presence and developing community outreach will be key in developing a loyal customer base and positive word-of-mouth.
Opening Launch Support
Fóumami will provide you with a market introduction plan that includes both a marketing plan for your grand opening and guidance pertaining to opening inventory and other associated expenses.
Fóumami’s field staff will maintain constant contact, offering ongoing guidance and support, along with periodic operations evaluations
We’ll keep each franchisee aware of the ideas, and programs that are generating income and attention for others.
